En un complejo privado y parquizado de 600 mts2, cubierto de vegetacion autoctona, El Apart está construido con un clasico estilo Local como también en la decoración del mismo. Está equipado y posee todos los servicios y accesorios necesarios para una confortable estadía.
El alojamiento
El Apart está ubicado a 50 mts de la Av. de los pioneros a la altura del km 0,800 y a tan solo 200 Mts del acceso al Cerro Otto, Una ubicación estratégica para quien busca tranquilidad y confort dentro de un elegante departamento privado. Además cabe destacar su pintoresco jardín que nos rodea de naturaleza. y está preparada para recibir hasta 2/4 (dos/cuatro) personas con todas las comodidades.
El Apart; distribución en dos ambientes:
El ingreso al complejo es con llave de acceso por el frente con perímetro cerrado, donde accedemos hasta el departamento de Liliana.
Al ingresar nos encontramos una amplia sala de estar con TV-LED 42" Smart de última generación, comedor en conjunto, donde podremos apreciar el living y el comedor, con una cocina completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos varios, heladera, horno, pava ,etc..
En el segundo ambiente nos encontramos con el dormitorio equipado con una cama matrimonial King (180*180)/ unificador, junto a sus placares en vestidor. Si fueran mas de 2 pasajeros, aquellos podrán acomodarse en el sofá-cama preparado para recibir hasta 2 pasajeros más. (Se incluye ropa de camas y toallas para hasta 4 pasajeros)
En todos los ambientes hay calefacción por loza radiante, con alcance de Wi-Fi.
En el exterior se dispone de una entrada de autos y estacionamiento cubierto para 1 (uno) vehículo; Un terreno parquizado para disfrutar del aire libre junto los árboles y las flores del jardín. Alarma a disposicion de los pasajeros.
El fee de servicio es por estadía, y se paga una sola vez, Independientemente de la cantidad de días alquilados, e incluye la provisión de ropa blanca de cama y baño para cada pasajero, con un recambio completo cada 4 (cuatro) días, por todos los días que dure el alquiler, además de equipamiento de cocina completo.
El servicio de limpieza diario es opcional. El pago es por hora, y se abona por la cantidad horas de servicio solicitadas.
También solicitamos un depósito de garantía, que será abonado en fecha y forma a convenir, como seguro por roturas o arreglos que haya que realizar en la casa al finalizar el alquiler, por negligencia o descuido de los locatarios. Importe que será reintegrado en las mismas condiciones que haya sido pagado, con la devolución de las llaves de la propiedad, siempre que no haya reclamos pendientes.
