Besides a spacious living area it has a fully equipped kitchen, king bed in the bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living area, walk in closet, 1 bath, 2 dressing areas, and washer- dryer utility area in the 850 sq feet. The deck overlooks the bay and offers a very tranquil atmosphere situated on 4 peaceful acres. Our residence is adjacent to the cottage but is not connected to the carriage house. The house is not on the rental market, and if occupied, we would be there.
