Dépendance de 40 m2 entièrement rénovée.
Tout confort. Location de juin à septembre à la semaine seulement.
D'octobre à mai, possibilité de location le week-end-Minimum 2 nuits.
Jacuzzi gonflable 4 personnes privé dans les extérieurs de la location (voir photos) rien que pour les locataires ,sans vis à vis.(fonctionnel de mi-mai à Fin Septembre).
Piscine commune chauffée à partager avec le propriétaire. matelas gonflable + filet de volley pour des bonnes parties.. (piscine fonctionnelle de début Juin à fin Septembre).
Clim réversible, lave vaisselle, lave-linge, frigo avec petit congélateur, wifi, SMART TV, lecteur DVD, mini four, micro-ondes, climatisation réversible, barbecue électrique, fer et table de repassage, étendoir à linge,sèche cheveux ,bouilloire,grille pain.
Le logement se compose, pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipé, canapé convertible avec un vrai matelas de lit pour un couchage de 2 personnes.
Une chambre avec lit de 140 + commode, salle de bains avec douche et meuble salle de bains-wc hors de la salle de bains.
Linge de lit fourni + torchons vaisselle et tapis de bain.
Le ménage devra être fait lors du départ.
Une petite terrasse aménagée , où l'on peut y faire des grillades ainsi qu'y entreposer des vélos + terrain de pétanque.
Un parking public est à côté de la maison. Les commerces sont à deux pas à pied. Quartier calme.

Dès le printemps venez découvrir nos sentiers de randonnées. Chemins pédestres et VTT balisés, la descente des Gorges de l'Ardèche à 45 minutes , nombreuses activités sportives, Sport équestre, parc aquatique de Monteux (AQUAPLASH à 45 minutes). Nombreux sites à visiter: le Pont d'Arc, la grotte Chauvet ainsi que de nombreuses grottes, le pont du Gard, les Gorges l'Ardèche, le mont Ventoux. Nombreux musées et caveaux, marchés nocturnes (juillet août), la ferme aux crocodiles. Idéalement situé à proximité visitez Avignon, Orange, le pont du Gard, Grignan, Vaison la Romaine, Nyons...ainsi que des villages de caractère comme Aiguèze, St Montan, Clansayes, où il fait bon flâner dans les ruelles et admirer... Lieux de baignade: au bord de l'Ardèche à St Martin, Sauze pour plonger des rochers. A Pierrelatte à seulement 15 km de la maison, le plan d'eau avec ses plages aménagées, baignade surveillée. En automne, marché des truffes à Richerenches (4 km) ou st paul 3 châteaux (8 km).
