Positive: The apartment is beautiful and the location, overlooking the bay, is stunning. We had a marvellous holiday.
Negative: Process for rental payment direct to owner could be simpler. Payment had to be made in USD and we incurred bank charges at both ends - USD 35 at owners' end and £9 at our end. We would have preferred payment via Booking.com
Summary: The apartment is outstanding and the attention from owners' agent, Natasha, was first class.
