The oil mill "Il Molino" has a large living room with fireplace, large dining table, comfortable couch and beautifully integrated old mill facilities. In the lower area there is a bedroom with 2 beds (double bed) and a toilet. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed with 1-2 beds. In the upper area is another bedroom with double bed, a separate toilet and a large, beautiful designer bathroom with huge shower and 2 vanities.
From the rear entrance area leads to the terrace and the large garden, which is located directly on the river. There are beautiful river baths and beautiful wild romantic places where you can enjoy the tranquility and relax wonderfully.
Il Molino is a 10 minute walk below the historic town of Montalto Ligure with a very good restaurant, bar and a small shop. To the next larger town Badalucco in the beautiful Argentina Valley is about 3 km, to Arma di Taggia or Sanremo with beaches, beautiful old towns, supermarkets etc. about 20 minutes.
Beautiful destinations nearby are z. B. Nice (about 1:15 hours) or Menton on the French border.
