Summary: Very new modern villa overlooking the beach. Beautiful space and immaculately clean. Good beds. Well equiped kitchen. Air con worj Ked well. Pool lovely although all 5ft deep. There was some occasional noise in the evening when sitting out on the terrace from music at the hotel opposite across the bay but it was not a problem for us as it finished reasonably early. Villa owners very nice, responsive and helpful. Overall would highly recomnend this villa for a family holiday or for a group of friends.
