Summary: Having been to Key Colony Beach for 5 years in the winters we loved the location of this home with its access to the 7th St. extra wide canal with no homes directly across from it in the back and the 9 hole golf course across the street to the front. An added benefit of staying there was that the owner recently installed a small pool/spa where we spent an hour or more everyday. The property amenities are accurately presented in the description and the pictures show off all the cozy home has to offer. We found the property owner to be very friendly and responsive to questions and to solving the minor issue or two we encountered.
