Our self-check-in process is contact free. Most of our guests find it easy and simple to use. Please read all instructions prior to your arrival to make your check-in as seamless as possible. We may not always be available to assist guests in person on arrival. If you will be needing assistance on arrival, please arrange that at the time of your booking.

Dream Suites has limited parking sports and encourages all guests to reserve parking . Guests MUST reserve parking with Dream Suites prior to arrival. Once you confirm your parking reservation Dream Suites will confirm where you can park and provide you with a designated parking spot. Failure to do so, and your vehicle may be TAGGED and/or TOWED at your own risk. To avoid this additional expense, if you plan to park at Dream Suites, please reserve your parking with a member of our online support team prior to your arrival.

Dream Suites strives to provide Guests with a clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel experience. These Hotel Policies are part of our reservation Agreement with you. As our hotel guest, upon check-in, you agree to abide by ALL our hotel policies, terms and conditions, and procedures. We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid fees, damages, or not complying with Hotel Policies.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS. All Guests listed on the reservation are required to provide valid government-issued identification. To be considered acceptable, valid identification must include your name, date of birth, photo, and signature. All Guests must provide a valid email address and phone number.
CHECK-IN. 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT.12:00 PM.
LATE CHECK-OUT. Fees apply for ALL check-outs after 12:00 PM
EARLY CHECK-IN. Early check-in is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
VISITORS. For guest safety and security, we do not allow visitors. Only Guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter Dream Suites.
PARKING. Parking is available for $20 per day. It is limited, so please call, and register your vehicle for availability. Dream Suites does not assume liability or responsibility for any car, occupants, or contents operated or parked on or near the hotel property. All Guests must follow parking instructions and send a picture of their car parked with the license plate. Parking confirmation must be received before guest services close at 11:00 PM.
ENTERING AND EXITING. All guests MUST enter and exit the building through the front door. Guests are only permitted to use emergency exits in an emergency.
LOITERING. Guests cannot congregate in the lobby areas from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
TERMS & CONDITIONS. Dream Suites does its best to ensure that all the information on its website is accurate. However, no warranty, expressed or implied, is given that the information provided on this website is error-free. Dream Suites does not accept liability for errors and omissions and reserves the right to change the information published at any time and without notice. We serve the right to update or change our hotel policies without notice. Please refer to your reservation contract for our most updated policies.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Rental Term, less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited toward any payment. You authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, guest compensation, and any other violations to our damage policy.
DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT. Guest rooms found with waste scattered around, in complete disorder, and "trashed" will be subject to a minimum of $250 maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration and third-party fees. DAMAGE TO ROOM: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment, including removing electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc will be charged the total and new replacement value plus shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each room. Guests' credit cards are charged for any costs associated with repairs and replacement. Dream Suites will pursue criminal charges in extreme cases.
DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING. Damage to mattresses and linen, including towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe polish, etc will result in charge the total and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges, for the special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged article.
DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS / FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT. Dream Suites reserves the right to act against any guest or visitor who has tampered with or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the Hotel, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Tampering with fire equipment is strictly prohibited. Guest will be charged or evicted from Dream Suites.
QUIET ENJOYMENT. Creating a disturbance is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement. All noise must be kept to an acceptable low level. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Guests violating the policy will be asked to leave, not be refunded, and forfeit their Security Deposit.
INFESTATION: The cleanliness of our rooms is essential to our Guests and us. Bringing infestation into our hotel premises results in charges for all costs and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements and loss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation.
HOTEL LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their Guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from using the Premises, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of the Guest and that the Guest should purchase insurance if such coverage is desired.
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Dream Suites for enforcing this Agreement.
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a person, without refund, who does not abide by the reasonable standards and guidelines established by Canadian Law and the owners for the operation and management of the Hotel. Dream Suites The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behaviour shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
POSSESSIONS. Dream Suites assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately. Dream Suites will make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. Claims must be made within (2) weeks.
GUEST POLICIES ALCOHOL: Registered Guests of legal age (19) who bring alcoholic beverages must consume those in their room. Alcohol is prohibited in public areas such as reception, work, lounge, corridors, and staircases.
NON-SMOKING: Dream Suites is a 100% smoke-free hotel. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odour which is unhealthy and objectionable to our Guests and staff and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility. Guests must notify concierge staff immediately if they smell cigarettes, marijuana, or other objectionable odours. Any Security Deposit shall be forfeited, and additional charges will apply for odour removal.
PETS. The Host does not allow pets: No pets are allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
