Located in the beautiful hills of Encino just a few minutes drive south of famous Ventura Blvd. The stunning grand room has 12ft ceilings and tall glass double doors aligning the walls. The room includes a 14 person sofa, 84" Sony TV, bar, ping pong & pool table, foosball, baby grand piano, karaoke machine, classic board games and an arcade table with over 1,100 classic games.
You'll love the large social kitchen with views of the beautiful backyard, the 10x17ft trampoline and the 20x40ft pool!

If you're booking this property to have a concealed party or gathering, this is not the house for you. BUT if you're booking to have an amazing and relaxing time with lots to do at home, this IS the home for you!!
This hidden gem is located in the beautiful hills of Encino where many from the entertainment business call their home, yet is still only a few minutes south of famous Ventura Blvd and major freeways, making it easy for you to get anywhere.
The property includes the best of both worlds at a great price - its perfect location is close to many of LA's famous attractions and shopping areas, yet there's so much to keep you entertained at home, you might not want to leave the house! Winter or summer, there's plenty to keep you busy indoor and outdoor - in fact the only complaint we received from guests so far is that they wish they had a longer stay :)
The large living room is no doubt one of the main highlights of the property. It includes 12 foot ceilings with dimmable downlights and state of the art ceiling fans. The walls are lined with tall glass double doors facing the backyard, allowing for plenty of natural lighting and fresh air, with sheer curtains for added privacy. The large U-shaped sofa is extremely comfortable and can sit up to 14 people! It's a focal point for socializing while watching your favorite shows or movies on the top-of-the-line 84 inch Sony TV. And the pool table can be converted into a large dining table for fun holidays meals.
The living room has something to keep each of you entertained! A regulation size stunning wooden pool table with dedicated ceiling lighting can easily be converted into a regulation size ping pong table. A beautiful wooden foosball table will also help keep you busy. A professional arcade cocktail table preloaded with over 1,100 of the classic games you loved will keep you entertained for hours, it supports two players simultaneously. Feeling musical? You'll love the baby grand piano and karaoke machine. We also have ALL the classic boardgames. Imagine the end of a busy day, having a few drinks at the living room bar or while playing a game of pool, or drinks to encourage you to sing along with the piano!
The very large elegant kitchen includes everything for your cooking needs and a breakfast table for easy meals with a nice relaxing view of the backyard. This spacious kitchen includes a TV and is another great area to socialize while cooking and/or drinking!
The outdoor pool is the center of the relaxing backyard area with classic LA style palm trees and plenty of relaxing seating, including gravity chairs, a double swing chair and a portable shaded hammock. The pool isn't heated, but LA summers are hot, so you want to cool down! We also have a Webber BBQ for you to use and plenty of outdoor activities both for inside and outside the pool, including a rectangular 17 x 10 ft trampoline! The large size allows for more than one person to jump safely with less chance of collision, and plenty of space to practice your flips!
Each bedroom has its own unique set-up. The main bedroom includes a king sized bed, relaxing seating area for two, a 58" TV and a large en-suite bathroom that includes two sinks, a shower and a bathtub with jets. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed, a desk and a small en-suite bathroom that includes a sink, shower and toilet. The third bedroom includes a queen sized bed, a desk and a relaxing swing chair. The fourth bedroom includes a full sized bed and a desk. There's a shared bathroom between bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 that includes a double sink, toilet and combined shower/bathtub. All bedrooms have plenty of closet hanging space and drawers for your personal items.
The three bathrooms in the bedroom area each include a speaker in the ceiling, allowing you to listen to relaxing music in the shower or bath by connecting your phone via Bluetooth. The fourth bathroom is conveniently located near the kitchen and living room; its walls are aligned with mirrors similar to a 'fun house' - don't blame us, the previous owners did it!
The laundry room includes an office area and an industrial sized washer and dryer. There's another table at the end of the kitchen island that can be moved and function as a desk as well.
Also included: keyless entry (self check in), Tesla charger, 2 dedicated parking spots (and plenty of street parking), central A/C, high speed wifi, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney +, Hulu, Peakock and all the essentials required for your stay!

You can access all areas of the property EXCEPT the guest suite.
Other things to note
There's a private guest suite separate from the house that MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT be occupied. There's a shared insulated wall, but no shared space between the main house and guest suite (other than the driveway for parking), so both have complete privacy - you have no access to their property, and they have no access to yours. It's possible for you to include this guest suite in your rental for an additional cost, but this must be arranged in advance.
We included photos of the bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure the sleeping arrangements and bathroom layouts suit your needs. Most bathrooms are "original" (unrenovated) but all are clean and fully functional, besides they give the house some character ;)
Pets and events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission. If we provide permission for events of any type, the fee will be discussed based on length and type of event. We reserve the right to cancel a booking or charge an extra fee if not disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
The pool does NOT have a fence around it, so please be VERY cautious with kids or anyone who is at risk near it.
Following booking we verify identity to ensure we're hosting the person who has booked.
Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.
Fireplaces can only be used for longer term stays. If you want to use fireplaces for shorter stays, please ask for permissions and note there will be a small additional cleaning fee charged at the end of your stay.
Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones.
Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
