This spacious 1,200 sq ft loft overlooks the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium and features a large living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and full size eat-in kitchen with island seating.
The 2nd floor of the loft has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. There is, also, a full bathroom on the 1st floor of the unit, as well.

The Watkins Block, located from 108-114 Second Avenue (formerly named Market Street), was built in 1875 by brickmaker Samuel Watkins, a prominent builder in Nashville, as part of a historical row of buildings that housed warehouses and retail storefronts. Today, Nashville Riverfront Lofts is located in The Daniel that was formerly known as Market Street Emporium. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing the nearest public parking garage located at 2nd Avenue (and 3rd - sister sites) and Commerce Street, situated less than a block from Nashville Riverfront Lofts.
