4 Bedroom House in Nashville

Convenient Nashville home; located just 12 mins from the heart of Broadway! This home can accompany large or small groups. The home features a bar/game room with a pool and poker table, lots of sleeping arrangements, and entertainment! Great place to gather with friends/family, hang out, & relax before a Nashville night out on the town! For more unique Nashville stays, be sure to check us out: @JonesFarmNashville The guest will have the entire 4 bedroom house and 3.5 bathrooms to them selves. There is a garage that is off limits that separates an additional 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in law suite that we have as a separate rental occasionally! Neither of the guest will be able to access each other’s units as they are divided and locked from each other and both have there on separate entrances. The guest will have keypad access to the main part of the house which will allow them to have the entire main house to themselves. The guest are not allowed to enter the additional in law suite addition to the house that has its own individual access, nor are the guest allowed in the garage! We are there for our guest if they need us but we allow keypad check so you can check in and feel right at home as you are welcomed in to Nashville! The neighborhood is a quiet safe neighborhood that everyone just kind of keeps to themselves... Just be respectful to neighbors! Huge driveway that wraps all the way around the house with plenty of space for multiple cars! We offer an additional limo service for a fee if groups want to ride together and or in style to downtown. It is a great way to keep the group together and also be safe on a great trip with friends. It is a hummer limo that seats up to 20ish people and will drop you off downtown and back to the house at a time of tour choosing. Please ask for further details!
