This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena, Publix and Lake Eola.
There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses silverware etc. (no stove). Netflix, amazon prime and a digital antenna are provided. Unit is on 2nd floor.

Owner lives in another unit on property so please be courteous.
The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location.
Please note the second bedroom is extra for the unit.
Parking is free for one car unless you book for over 2 guests.
There is a nice big front porch to people watch.
You will receive check in instructions on day of arrival.
Publix is across the street as well as tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and night life. This place is in the heart of downtown Orlando. It’s across from Lake Eola.
Restaurants: stubborn mule is one of my favorites, Rusteak & Osphere are also good.
For ambiance I like relax grill and world of beer (they’re on lake Eola).
Universal studios is about a 20-25 min drive and Disney is about a half hour.
Please note you are in a downtown city area please be aware of your surroundings.
