- On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine)
- Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
Late Check-in Fee:Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment.
Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (30€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
Security Deposit:
This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card.
- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.
