The apartment (24 hours/7 days reception) is in the historical, financial and government area, and directly in front of the "Plaza Uruguaya" park on "25 de Mayo" street and "Antequera" corner. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, universities and things worth seeing. The two soccer stadiums Defensores de Chaco and La Nueva Ola are very close. The taxis are directly in front of the building and the buses pass 100 meters away. The building is in the safest area of Asunción.
The apartment is super central - it couldn't be better. Only 100 meters further there are 4 star hotels, 5 min walk Migraciones (Immigration Office), 7 min National Bank of Paraguay, Palacio Lopez, Lido Bar, Bolsi, 2 soccer stadiums ( Defensores de Chaco and La Nueva Ola) etc. The apartment has 60 square meters and is on the 13th floor. So 99% mosquito free :-) You have the whole apartment to yourself, which is fully furnished, including free fast & stable WiFi/Internet (fiber optic internet 80Mbp download/23Mbp upload), washing machine, Smart TV (there is the possibility to Netflix watch with your Netflix account; no cable TV), bed linen and towels. It consists of a bedroom with air conditioning / heating and fan, a living room with air conditioning / heating and fan, a kitchen, a shower room and a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the Rio Paraguay river.
The first bedroom has two box spring beds that can be put together to form a double bed (180cmx190cm). In the second bedroom there are 2 box spring beds (80x190) that can be put together to form a double bed (160x190) and 1 single bed with a pull-out bed, so a total of 4 beds in the second bedroom.
No extra costs for washing machine, water, electricity, Internet/WiFi, bed linen, towels... Monthly cleaning is included for rentals of 4 weeks or more. For a rental of less than 4 weeks, cleaning can be booked on request for a fee.
Check in / Check out:
Check out is 11am. Depending on the occupancy, you can also use the apartment after 11a.m. Early check-in is possible if the apartment is not occupied by another guest - otherwise check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards. A very late check-in is possible free of charge by arrangement. Please ask if you require a different check-in or check-out. In principle, a 24-hour check-in is possible. Please indicate your desired check-in time when booking.
Cars with 24-hour security can be parked 2 minutes walk from the house for a fee. A parking space might also be rented in the building. Please clarify this before booking.
