Positive: I enjoyed the overall vibe that the hotel had. The hotel's housekeeping did an excellent job every time. The hotel was as described. The location was the perfect spot in downtown which was accessible to any area in a short amount of time. The bed was large & firm. They had alot of amenities.
Negative: I wasn't a fan of the front desk clerks. It seemed as though they did not care about assisting us. They lacked the enthusiasm to help. However, they still answered questions asked and were still helpful. They weren't as welcoming as one would assume to put it short. There was a smell throughout the floor of old smoke that I wasn't too pleased with. I felt as if the mirror area/sink could use more lighting. It felt too dark in that area at times.
