The Space:
Unit #2 @ 1073 Downing St is a 425 sqft 1BR on the first floor front of the building. Spacious den with great WFH workspace. Large windows throughout bring in fantastic natural light. Enjoy a coffee or glass of wine on the rocking chairs on the front porch.

PARKING: 5 first-come-first-serve parking spaces in our parking lot in the backyard off the alley. Only 1 car per apartment in the lot. Street parking is free and available on our block.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. The basement is accessed from the side door near the fire escape.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

Getting Around:
The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.

PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team isavailable business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
