2-story, 2-bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom townhome located in a prime location next to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and steps from the Riverwalk Trail. Walking distance to downtown and central to everything Ouray has to offer! This unit features a deck that overlooks the Uncompahgre River, modern furnishings and décor, and access to a one-car garage.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom -- King Bed (2nd Level),
2nd Bedroom -- Queen Bed (2nd Level).
The main floor has a comfortable living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room, while the upper floor has two cozy bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a tub and shower.
Just north of the townhome, there is a common area shared by all of the units in the River Park complex, which has a private picnic area on the river with a picnic table and charcoal grill. The townhome offers a propane gas grill on the deck overlooking the Uncompahgre River.
The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
ABOUT THE AREA:
A walking trail along the river is located just outside your door and accessible from the north end of the complex. Just north of the townhome in the common area of the River Park complex, there is a private picnic area right on the river with a picnic table and charcoal grill.

Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have air conditioning, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
