Private, very quiet and beautiful apartment in the heart of the city and the Historic neighborhood of Monserrat.
This magnificent building, is just in front of the Congress Palace, close to Café Tortoni, Plaza de Mayo, the Museo Histórico Nacional del Cabildo, Cafe de los Angelitos, and trendy restaurants like Chan Chan.

This beautiful apartment, is located in Avenida Rivadavia, just one block away from Callao.
Next to the magnificent Congress Palace, and it's square.
The area is centric, walking distance to the Theater district, Barrio Norte, Recoleta, San Telmo, and Avenida de Mayo.
Full of restaurants, bars, and main subways.
The building is a landmark of Buenos Aires, designed by world famous Mario Palanti.

Summary: The apartment was such a wonderful place to call home. The beautiful architecture made us feel like we were back living in the grand time of Argentina! The location was spot on. Being right in the city center with having the Congress building across the street from you and a beautiful park not even a block away. There’s a wonderful little cafe just across the street called Casa Blanca which was very charming. Everything was right there for you. Nicholas was great. He made us feel right at home. We will be staying there again for sure. If you want to live like the locals and enjoy everything right there for you, this is the place to stay. I will say, you do have to walk some stairs to get to the very charming elevator but it is so worth it! I hope you enjoy this apartment as much as we did if you choose it!
