Di's Hill is a magnificent property situated less than 3 hours from Sydney and Canberra and will suit both the adventurous and the tranquil seeking guest at one fantastic location. This property is nowhere near a caravan park or surrounded by other homes. Privacy, seclusion and tranquility is our promise to you.
Both rooms at Di's Hill have large windows that overlook the beautiful scenery such as the Budawang Range, Lake Conjola and the tranquil rural landscape of Sunny Hills Farm. The large glass sliding doors in the lounge room open fully to bring the outside in. You can admire the views from everywhere inside the home as well as from several outdoor areas. This entire home has fully ducted, reverse cycle A/C and for those glorious romantic nights, there is a Mexican fireplace on both decks.
This open plan home has 2 king bed suites, both with those magnificent views. The bedrooms are spacious with king size beds, ceiling fans and their own TV for those cosy nights. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. One has a huge bath big enough for 2 so you can enjoy romantic nights watching the stars whilst sipping champagne.
This property has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, filtered water, microwave and coffee pod machine. All guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine. The laundry is also fully equipped with washer, drier and even washing powder.
The open plan living areas boast cathedral ceilings, large leather lounge, wall mounted plasma tv, Blue Ray player, 100's of DVD's/Blue Rays for you to enjoy and not forgetting the large windows that frame the stunning views. Even the office desk has an amazing view.
Pets are very welcome to enjoy a family holiday with you at Di's Hill and to make the stay more enjoyable for everyone we have a 165 square meter fully secure animal enclosure complete with huge doggy daybed and kennel. Well behaved pooches are also welcome inside, just not on the beds or lounge.
Plenty of wildlife coexists around the property, black cockatoos, wombats, kangaroos, swans, pelicans, rabbits, cows, horses, frogs and sea eagles. Even the odd lyrebird, turtle and echidna have been seen at Di's Hill.

Set on acreage, this very private, secluded paradise will satisfy holiday makers who are adventurous or those who just want to sit back and relax. There are many nearby walking trails and 4 wheel driving tracks. The lake can be used for fishing, water skiing, canoeing and swimming. Lake Conjola is a very large lake with lots of creeks and areas to explore. It eventually feeds into the ocean. Fishing is good for bream, flat-head, whiting and taylor. Crabbing and prawning are very successful also.
This executive home is less than 10 minutes away from surf beaches, Green Island and the historic village of Milton, circa 1860, with its boutique shops, art galleries, markets, cafes, restaurants and an historic theater. 5 more minutes away you will find Mollymook and Ulladulla with their pristine beaches, 9 and 18 hole golf courses, cinemas, clubs, shops and amazing restaurants. Rick Stein's Bannisters Restaurant and Cupitts Winery are a must.
Exquisite Jervis Bay is close by and has organised whale and dolphin watching cruises. Jervis Bay also host's Hyams Beach with the 'finest and whitest sand in the world' according to The Guinness Book of Records.
All linen and towels are provided. This consists of king size sheets, pillow cases, large bath sheets, hand towels, bath mats and flannels. Covered duck down feather dooners, pillows and tea towels are provided. Beach towels and all bedding for the portacot if needed are to be supplied by the guest.
