The spacious maisonette apartment (65 sqm) with covered loggia extends over two floors and has a preferred end position. From there you have the shortest route to the beach (40 m).
The apartment is a Non smoking apartment and allergy-friendly due to the tile covering. It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday with lots of space and close access to the beach, playground, heated pool, sauna, volleyball court, BBQ and table tennis and table football in the basement.
In the basement of the apartment you will find a comfortable living room with a cozy sitting room (overlooking the Baltic Sea), as well as an adjustable Relax chair with footrest. An extendable dining table for 5 persons invites to common meals for the whole family or for a friendly round of games.
The big flat screen (82 cm), stereo with CD player and a free wireless hotspot offer variety of media on vacation.
The mint condition, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and komplettenTopf- and pan set leaves nothing to be desired.
The living room is a covered loggia overlooking the sea in front, on which deck chairs and a table are. You can sunbathe there, leisurely breakfast, drinking coffee, or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or beer.
The cozy bedroom has a full bed (1,8x2,0 m), built-in wardrobe, blackout blinds and fly screens.
This bright bathroom has been completely redone two years ago and it now offers a modern design. A large floor-level shower with two swinging doors makes it easier to get in and out. The hanging toilet, modern towel radiator, the round Aufsitzwaschtisch with the underlying storage space, the wall to wall mirrors ranging from modern lamps and the dark floor tiles in wood design provide optimum bathing culture. The whole is rounded off by the picture window that exposes a direct view of the beach and sea. If you look out the window, you must be careful that you 'do not fall on the Srand'!
The entrance hall is the hub from which you can get from all areas. There is a cloakroom, a wardrobe and a large wall mirror.
The upper floor is built as Penthouse (ridge height 3 m) which was equipped with large panoramic windows. One is particularly large and opens a direct beach and sea views. There are three beds (0,9x2,0 m), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk, Wippsessel, radio recorder, game box, children's table and chairs for children, high chair and travel cot if required, a child and a child protection door mountable.
