Positive: Our apartment was in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk from the old town. It had everything we needed and we loved the balcony room with a view overlooking the Sassi ... absolutely magical. Valentina welcomed us warmly and both she and Sandra were great communicators, providing lots of information and advice about our visit.
