High Line Canal hiking trail runs right behind the house with 100s of miles of trail. Projector and oversized sectional downstairs makes for a perfect movie room. Very spacious. Backyard is fully-fenced in, perfect for pets.

Summary: Upon arriving I had not gotten any information about check in and had to reach out to VRBO to get the personal phone number of the owners which they finally sent the info the day we were flying to Denver. When we walked in it smelt very clean and seems great, beds were comfy, backyard was great but after a few days we saw at least two mice. I reached out to the owner with photos and videos of the mice and never got a response. Reached out again about checkout information and did not get a response.
