Ideal house for summer season in a new and quiet residential area without the bustle of the beachfront. Recently built house, close to the beach of La Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri .... surrounded by commercial areas and fast access to the highway. The house is fully equipped. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them integrated in the main room), bright living room with large windows and brand new kitchen. It has central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, comfortable designer furniture inside and with all the comforts outside (sun loungers, portable barbecue, front and rear porch with teak tables and chairs ..). Ideal for two couples or family of four-five people. It has a private pool.

Summary: The house is beautifully designed. There was lots of space for the 3 of us inside the house and out. We loved the very cute seated space at the front, and spent alot of time relaxing in the hammock with the beautiful borgainvillia around. A great location, close to the beach and not far from town. Loved it!
