- Take a dip in our refreshing outdoor saltwater pool. Please note the pool is not heated, offering a refreshing escape during warmer months. The pool cleaner comes on Friday mornings.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

Guests are expected to turn fire pit off if they are not immediately around it.
NO CABLE: we do not offer cable TV at this home. We do have TVs in the house with streaming capabilities where you can put your login information and access. Netflix Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more.
Up to 2 pets allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.
