On the ground floor: you will enjoy a living area including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge, opening directly onto the terrace and garden, and a separate toilet. A step leads to the entrance of the living room. Upstairs: Sleeping area with two bedrooms; the first with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a TV, the second with a 90x190cm bed and a 90x200cm bed and a TV, a bathroom, and a toilet. (Each bedroom also has a water point). Outside: a private, enclosed plot of 800m², a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs. A separate storage room with a washing machine and storage for bicycles. Baby kit available (travel cot, high chair, mini bathtub). Characterful gîte adjoining the owners' home and located near a farm. Come stay in southern Morbihan, at Locoal Mendon between land and sea.
