Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A good and safe place to stay to explore Guayaquil. The manager was friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions and issues. The kitchen worked well to prepare food for our group of 7. The AC was comfortable.
Negative: Most of the places we stayed while in Ecuador had bottled water for drinking but this one didn't. Fortunately, we had brought a water filter so we were able to have drinking water. Finding the correct place to enter the apartment was tricky. The instructions to go through the white door on the left led us to a locked white door. We contacted the manager and quickly found out that the locked white door can be unlocked by reaching through some metal slats. You then need to go up some stairs to the locked apartment door. After the first time entering we had no problems.
