This 2-bed, 1-bath private unit is located in Denver near plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. Unit comes with a washer/dryer, and yard with a patio/ grill. Walking distance from Target and Starbucks. Walking trails close by to see Colorado’s beauty for miles!
This is a basement. We are near a busier road and have 3 children upstairs. You will hear us in the daytime. Quiet hours from 9pm-7am. We welcome families and anyone who doesn’t mind a bit of “life” upstairs during the day.
The space:
- Garden level unit that has been fully renovated with keyless access. Access to the unit does not require you to go down a set of stairs. We live upstairs with our 3 kids and an old, sleepy cat. You WILL hear footsteps and children playing. If this is a problem for you please consider booking elsewhere.
- 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed. One with a king bed. Both rooms have ample closet space. We have an additional Sleeper sofa in the dining area for extra guests. This has an extra memory foam topper for additional comfort.
- Kitchen does not have a stove but hotplate and toaster oven are provided (toaster oven can fit small frozen pizza). Coffee pot and electric tea kettle are provided as well as complimentary coffee and tea.
- Living area is connected to the kitchen and has a couch plus a Smart TV.
- Dining area has a bar height table and chairs.
- Bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Complementary Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, feminine products and some additional supplies are available for your use.
- Laundry room has full size washer/dryer for your use.
- Yard has a patio area. The unit is in our walkout basement and the patio is underneath our deck that is off of our space. We will try to give you space while you are in the unit but our kids may be playing in the yard while we are home during the day. We close up shop pretty early here so it will be a great private hangout for you in the evenings.
- No smoking in the unit but you’re welcome to smoke in the backyard away from the windows. Please be courteous clean up cigarette butts, etc.
- The house has shared central A/C and heat, controlled by a thermostat in the upper unit. Just send me a message if you need it turned up or down! Fans are also provided for additional comfort.
- Some family friendly items are available. We have a pack n play, booster seat, some toys, a double stroller (umbrella stroller). We are also willing to meet the needs of your kiddos. We might have what you need or can lend you something during your stay!
The property is a garden level basement in our family home. Enter this property through our backyard that can be easily accessed through the side gate of our home. You have a separate entrance and patio off of the entrance/ exit.
