We wish you a warm welcome to a perfect home away from home. The open plan concept is perfect for sharing the excitement and making memories. The beautiful tile flooring and modern decor throughout this area provides a clean and cool feel that is ideal for the Florida climate. As you walk through, the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom is on the left. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual sinks. On the right, there are three bedrooms: a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed, which has a full-size bed below and a twin-size bed up top. These three bedrooms have convenient access to the shared bathroom with a shower and tub. All bedrooms have smart TVs, ceiling fans and ample closet space and storage for a comfortable stay. The main living area has a large wall mounted smart TV with plenty of comfortable seating and a ceiling fan, which is also adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar and kitchen dining table to seat four. Additionally, the main dining area at the front of the home to seat six. There is a washer and dryer next to the kitchen dining area, which also leads through to the garage with table tennis and basketball hoop that the kids will love. Be sure to make the most of the private south facing pool, which is fenced all around. There is a dining table with four chairs and two sun loungers. The pool can be heated for an extra touch of luxury. You may also grill out by the pool with the optional extra of the gas BBQ grill. The outdoor lighting extends your fun into the evening time and is great to unwind and enjoy peaceful evenings outdoors in paradise.
Located at Sunset Ridge, a gated community just off Hwy 27. You'll find it a peaceful retreat to recharge your batteries after your exciting vacation days. It’s close to all the major attractions, golf courses, shops, and restaurants. There is a Target grocery store just 1.4 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.
A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.
There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $65 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self-service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.
If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.

Summary: Dishes, Pots and Pans were greasy/dirty. Saw approximately 8 various sizes of roaches. Property Management was supposed to have pest control come out. Hopefully they did. Pool was low on water therefore the skimmer wasn’t working and the pool was dirty. Property Management had pool cleaned the next day.
