Deer wander through the property often and the backyard sunsets are truly golden. Open the windows and glass doors to listen to the surf crashing just a few blocks away. Walk to Bird Rock and Seal Beach from this peaceful sanctuary, in close proximity to the renowned 17 Mile Drive, The Links at Spanish Bay and Monterey Peninsula Country Club (MPCC).
Large living room with gas fireplace has two cozy couches, upholstered bench, two comfy chairs, writing desk with chair, and a flat-screen TV.
Dining room adjacent to kitchen seats six comfortably indoors with brass chandelier, whimsical floral wallpaper, sideboard for cocktails. and a sliding glass door leading to the backyard patio and gardens. Wrought iron furniture and umbrella on the patio provides additional dining outdoors.
