The kitchen is fully equipped with marble counter tops, island with stainless steel farm style dual sinks, 30 cubic ft refrigerator, built in Zline convention oven , state of the art 6+ burner dual fuel gas stove with blue tooth , pull out mixer elevator, and so much more. The centerpiece of the oasis is the stunning great room. Inside the great room you will be entertained 24 hours with full access to a commercial bar with brand new granite countertops and our newly renovated 16x32 ft heated in ground pool, 4ft to 9ft deep . Tired of swimming , relax in the hot tub and watch your favorite shows on our 86 inch flat screen tv. The great room has vaulted ceilings with sky lights , pool table, Sonos surround sound system with blue tooth access for guests . There is a full bathroom with shower that adjoins the the Great room for guests to shower and change. Walk outside and lounge on our large deck, relax and enjoy the1.5 acres of landscape. There is also a lake nearby that is home to ducks , birds ,and turtles, adding to the enchanting atmosphere. For those seeking a bit of an adventure, the Delaware City Oasis offer a range of recreational activities. There are well maintained bike trails allowing visitors to explore the natural beauty of the area . Visit merchants row or take a short ferry ride to pea patch island for a historical civil war tour.
