This waterfront property offers a rustic cabin situated on 5 beautiful acres of land on Deer Creek Lake near Rocky Point, Indiana. It is a perfect rental for small families, Holiday World guests, fishermen, and hunters coming to the area for a retreat from their busy lives. It provides a scenic and private location.
This is an older rustic cabin that we have been slowly updating. We have recently remodeled the kitchen and bathroom. We are slowly making additional improvements. The selling point of this rental is, by far, the land and private location. This is an one-of-a-kind, gated property that sits on Deer Creek Lake. We encourage you to sit on the deck, sipping your morning coffee and enjoy the view... or lay by the fireplace while watching your favorite movie. Another option to consider is the hot tub area, which is connected to a beautiful rustic barn. The covered hot tub area is great for cold and/or rainy days as it allows you to still enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Here are a few things to do in the area, including Holiday World which is approximately 35 miles away.
