Positive: Property was clean and room service came daily to straighten up the room and deliver towels.
Negative: For starters no warning of the deposit and the room I booked wasn’t available. Lastly I made sure my room was neat and clean and left my towels folded by the door. I work in a furnace so I get pretty dirty so I make sure to wipe the floors where I’m staying and rinse the towels. On my way home they text me saying I wasn’t getting my deposit back because my towels were dirty and they couldn’t wash them. Nothing with the room but just because the towels were dirty.
