I'm a retired high school teacher & I own and manage a medical cannabis grow. We are also ranchers and farmer and FarmHer. Farm house is outside of Tonkawa . Tonkawa Casino is (10) minutes away. The property is close to I-35 access, and HWY 60, they both are (10) minutes away.
Windmills are going up all around the farm. Windmill workers will be right on sight here. The ARM Sight is (10) minutes west from this farm as well.
Conveniently the farm is only (55) minutes within putting a boat on Kaw Lake, Ponca Lake is (20) minutes away too. Boats & RV's are welcome. There is plenty of room out here. NOC College is (10) minutes away, Blackwell is (15) minutes away, Ponca City OK city limits are (20) minutes, and Stillwater and Enid are under an hour drive. Wichita is an hour. Oklahoma City is an hour and half away. You will be centrally located on our farm.
