Sheltered terrace. Garden with children's games and swimming pool (heated and shared with the owners). On the heights of Barberaz, 2 km from the shops, in a residential area, superb fenced property, planted with trees and flowers shared with the owners, including a natural pond, a heated swimming pool (8m x 4m x 2m - access conditions to be discussed with the owners), and a children's play area (cabin, climbing wall, slide, sandpit and swing).
