Positive: The house is beautiful with a well equiped kitchen. The view is great. Very quiet and peaceful. The porch was very enjoyable with a great view.
Negative: Gas grill and gas fire table did not have gas in the tank. Ended up having to cook in the oven because the tanks were empty. It would have been so nice to have been able to have grilled and enjoyed sitting at the table with the gas fire on.
Summary: Overall it was great. The house is very nice and impressive with a great view of the water.
