Positive: The location is conveniently along the road and right in front of the beach. The property is clean, and what you see is what you get. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Wifi is available.
Negative: There are a few basic improvements that I believe are important for guest comfort: 1. Toilet Area: Installing a rack or hooks to hang clothes and essentials would make showering and using the toilet more convenient. 2. Room: Providing a rack or space to hang clothes and towels would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay. 3. Optional Consideration: A small mini-store offering water, snacks, drinks, and essential items would be very helpful and convenient for guests. 4. Optional Consideration: Adding a shared refrigerator and microwave would allow guests to store and heat food, making their stay more comfortable.
Summary: Great beachfront location, clean property. Perfect for relaxing, watching the sunrise or sunset.
