Each room can accommodate up to 3 or 4 guests using floor mattress. We provide Satellite TV with HD channels, FREE Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, Sony Karaoke music system, Bar counter, Backup power supply system. Essentials for morning tea/coffee is provided as complimentary along with free Shampoo/towel/soap. Villa is surrounded with greenery and lake on one side and near to the national highway. The space: Let me walk you through the property:
This is a newly constructed 2 storey house with 5*bedroom, 7*bathroom-toilet, 2*kitchen all fitted with modern amenities and a small garden. It has two separate entrances from front and side.
* Bedroom: Both floor has 5 spacious well lit rooms. All the 5 bedrooms are en-suite, air-conditioned(4 available), furnished with king size bed and double bed, one side-table each, new mattress with bed topper, a comforter with soft pillows and a wardrobe/storage space. Each room can accommodate up to 3 or 4 guests using extra floor mattress provided on request.
* Living area: Both floor is furnished with comfortable sofas, with a 6-seater dining table and fitted with a 32" flat screen TV with Dish TV and individual spacious balconies. First floor has a huge lounge area with AC and TV and 2 separate balconies. Serene view of lake and greenery from the balconies.
* Bathroom: In total we have 7 bathroom/toilets across both the floors. With modern Jaguar fittings and geysers for hot water supply. Water is available always round the clock. We also provide essentials like towels, soap, shampoo etc.
* Kitchen: The kitchen is fully functional. It is equipped with a refrigerator, Microwave Owen, Prestige Gas stove with 2 burners, Induction cooker, Kettle, Toaster, UV water purifier, crockery, cutlery etc. Essentials for morning tea/coffee is provided as complimentary. Guests can access the kitchen at any time. This is a self-service area. On request breakfast/lunch/dinner can be arranged at additional cost.
* Room Amenities: Include one washing machine with 2 clothes rack for drying, One Dry Iron with ironing board.
* Parking Area: Space available for 2 cars and 2 bikes inside the gate compound. Ample free parking space available outside the compound wall.
* We have installed an UPS/Inverter in this villa which will cater to lights and fans in case of power outage.
Guest access:
* The guest has access to the entire villa; all it's amenities and the parking area.
* There is no in-house staff and the complete villa is at your disposal.
* Guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay
Interaction with guests:
I won't be available at the property, but am always accessible via a call or a message. You will have access to our property guest manager Ms. Rochelle to take you around and for any help you may need during your stay. Local team is available at all times to ensure you have the best homely experience.

* Daily housekeeping/cleaning services done on this property.
* We provide FREE daily supplies for your breakfast like milk, tea powder, coffee powder, Sugar etc. as complimentary during your stay.
* We can arrange for a wonderful Goan cook who can prepare Goan delicacy based on menu of your choice to be home delivered straight from his kitchen at additional cost.
*Airport pickup/drop, sight-seeing, bikes, cars can be arranged at extra cost.
* We provide heavy discount for weekly/monthly and large bookings.
* In total 20 guests can stay comfortably in this house.
* Extra guest beyond 4 will be charged additional per night basis.
* Extra mattress available on request.
* Kindly treat all provided appliances, furniture and accessories in the house with
utmost care. You will be charged for damages if any.
* Please be respectful to neighbors.
* Please treat this house as your own and expect you to keep it neat and clean.
* Throw the trash in the waste-bins provided.
* Pets are not allowed in the villa premises.
* No loud music after 10 PM.
* Bath towels will be replaced on request.
