107 San Remo Drive - Comfortable Venetian Shores canal home that has two-bedroom one bath upstairs and a one bedroom one bath apartment downstairs. The downstairs apartment spacious and includes a living room and full bedroom. There is a screened porch off the living room upstairs. The home has an awesome dockage that is 70'. Easy ocean or bay access via Snake Creek. Walking distance to Founder's Park which you get free access to the park and a small beach area.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase.

VR#- 24-0377 Per Islamorada's vacation rental ordinances for weekly rentals 2 people per bedroom are allowed, and 2 additional guests if under the age of 6.

Summary: Great. Suggestions. Need better knives. Please add a 12" frying pan. Easier to cook fish. The remodel 2nd floor bath is great. Please consider updating the toilet to a comfort height, elongated toilet in both baths. For older guests, it make things easier. Downstairs, please add a portable one burner cooking element, or an electric fry pan. And a sink would be nice. We plan to return next Oct. Please let us know if we did not do all that was requested on check-out, or if there are any other issues.
