The Ohana is a 1 bedroom on one side of a duplex home located across the street from a park in a nice neighborhood of a small town. It is completely separate from the adjacent 3 bedroom with its own entrance and private backyard. The only thing that is shared is the parking pad in front of the home. There is one (1) dedicated parking space for each side of the duplex with ample free and unmetered parking across the street. (The 3 bedroom is also available to rent.) While there is a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit best serves a single person, couple, or a small family since entrance to the bathroom is through the bedroom. As a duplex there is a chance that you may hear noise from the other unit.
Creswell, with quick access to the I-5 freeway, is conveniently located 10 miles south of Eugene and 10 miles north of Cottage Grove. It's a great place to work from home & for an extended stay. It's close to hiking, bike trails, wineries, & other outdoor activities.
The home features a clean and cheery space with WiFi, new appliances, personal washer and dryer, and small private yard.

A fence opens into a small private front yard with outdoor seating and a table. The inside of the home has an open floor plan featuring a living room with comfortable seating, a couch that pulls into a full size bed, a wall mounted TV, and table with chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to enjoy cooking at home while the dishwasher makes for easy and sanitized clean up. There is one step up into the bedroom which has a queen sized bed and two dressers. The bathroom is off of the bedroom and has a shower and shelves. The wash room has a closet and full sized washer and dryer.
Creswell offers the best of small town living with the added bonus of convenience being minutes off of the I-5 freeway. The Ohana is across the street from a well maintained park and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, a wonderful bakery, and library. It's the kind of small town that you may just fall in love with!
The University of Oregon and Autzen Stadium are a 15-minute drive from the Ohana.
All of the major hospitals in the Eugene-Springfield and Cottage Grove areas are within a 15-25 minute drive.

The Ohana is set up to be easy for guests to enter and is stocked for a comfortable stay. We live close by and are here if you have a question or should something come up that requires our attention.
Even though it's nicknamed "The Friendly City" it's really a small town. In walking distance from The Ohana there are several restaurants, Creswell Bakery with amazingly delicious bread and treats, a small grocery store, a public library, and seasonal farmer's markets. It's a short drive to the Creswell Bi-Mart and the charming Blue Valley Bistro.
There's also a golf course, Emerald Valley Country Club, and a small hobby airport. During the summer there's a weekly farmers market in town and free movies in the park.
Award winning wineries of the Southern Willamette Valley region are within a 30 minute drive through rolling green hills and gorgeous countryside.
Just up the road from the renowned King Estate Winery is Carpenter Bypass, a 19 mile network of forested trails, great for mountain bikers, hikers, and horses.
An hour and a half drive west from the Park House brings you to the Oregon coast town of Florence and the dunes where you'll find many fabulous restaurants, hiking, quad riding on the dunes, and fun on the beach.
University of Oregon and Autzen Stadium are a 15 minute drive from the Park House.

Creswell is very convenient. We're only minutes from the freeway and Eugene is a quick 10 mile drive north. It's actually faster to get to the Autzen Stadium and University if Oregon from Creswell than from many others areas of Eugene. Cottage Grove is 10 miles to the south. There's a public bus that runs daily from Creswell too. Beautiful back country roads are very popular with distance bike riders as well.
