The living-dining room is spacious and bright, equipped with a Smart TV for streaming entertainment, and opens onto a 12 m² terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise over the city. Additionally, it has a washing machine, dryer, iron, central heating and air conditioning throughout the space for your comfort during any time of the year.
Regarding the common areas, you will be able to relax in the community pool located on the 30th floor roof, ideal for sunbathing and admiring the views, although this pool will be closed from September 15th to May 31st. You will also enjoy a multifunctional space on the ground floor with a projection room, coworking area, gym, and children's area with games, accessible through an innovative application. The pool area has a maximum capacity of 30 people and requires prior reservation.
