LOCATION LOCATION!! This pet-free / smoke-free home is a 5 minute walk to many desirable Frankfort Avenue restaurants and bars. It is also 5-10 minute Uber ride away from all the hottest spots in the city, including Churchhill downs and the NuLu area.

This home is directly across from The Louisville Presbyterian Seminary & Boyce College, two beautiful campuses
with many walking paths. You will feel safe and comfortable in this cozy bungalow. The location really can’t be beat! At the same time, you are within walking distance to desirable Frankfort Ave restaurants. The owner provides a list of great spots to dine and visit while in Louisville.
There is a king bed in one downstairs bedroom, a queen bed in the other downstairs bedroom and there is a bathroom with a stand-up shower in between both of the bedrooms. Upstairs there is a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub (no shower head).
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home while preparing meals.
The garage is not intended for parking. Parking is allowed in the driveway only.

Summary: This place was wonderful and Amanda, our contact, was awesome. We had a great time. Beds we comfy, living space was welcoming and since one day of the festival was cancelled due to weather we spent a lot of time actually at the house and felt very relaxed and at home. The he only issue is the very creaky stairs. We will definitely be staying there in the future when we come back to the festival
