While not ocean front, it is located on the Bayshore spit and is about 200 yards from the beach and 100 yards from the Alsea Bay. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay at the Coast. The only thing you need to provide is your food, paper products and soaps. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit! This is the second time staying in this home. It's very comfortable and I was able to cook a full Christmas dinner including a turkey. The storm on Christmas was wild but the house was warm and safe. Thank you!
