Nestled along Whitcomb Street, this cozy cottage is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins where historic charm abounds! You will love your daily commute to the city center, a delightful walk with picturesque tree-lined streets and beautiful homes. Here you can grab a bite to eat, check out the Museum of Art or hit the local boutiques for an afternoon of shopping – then head home to rest up before catching a show at The Lincoln Center. You will love being able to park the car and forget about it!

You will have private use of the entire upper level, with the exception of a shared backyard. NOTE: The entryway stairs are relatively steep and could be challenging for those with limited mobility.
