We decided to remodel our Garage into a lovely livable space for our wonderful Community.
Enjoy a brand new reclinable Queen-Sized bed (With a remote Control) perfect to read a book or simply watching TV and complimentary Wi-Fi with your own Private entrance. Perfect por couples or individuals looking for a gateway and have peace of mind and good times.
This Room has a fan with built in Speakers and color changing lights that you can connect with bluetooth. Also, a Brand new 55-inch TV with a Sound bar that will give you a great sound to watch and enjoy movies, Series, Documentaries or even music festivals.
It has two mini-Splits, one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom so you can make the climate as comfortable as you like.
It is also great for people who can work remotely, it does have a plegable desk and comfy chair. Wifi Speed is 1000 MBPS so you won't have any issues!!
