Check yourself into this cozy, yet spacious, contemporary & clean 1/1 townhome adorned with earthy, black & white tones, through either of its' 2 private entrances.
Through the front you can park on the street & walk up an evergreen lined pathway right into the living room with high ceilings, a 55" smart TV, chaise sofa & reading corner (games included!). Movie buff? Close the blackout curtains, cozy up under the throw blankets and tune-in.
Through the back you can park in the 2 designated covered parking spaces & step into a private patio enclosed with a pergola to enjoy rain or shine, & adorned with string lights, a hammock chair & lounge area for four. From here continue right into the master bedroom with two queen beds, a 40" smart TV, full-length mirror & adjoined office nook. Late riser? Blackout curtains will keep you in the dark for as long as you like. Find the twin air mattress & extra queen linens in the bedroom closet.
The kitchen is located in the center of the townhome off the dining area. We love pets! Bringing your pet along to accompany you on your stay is 100% welcome, but, they do bring along some extra work (as I am sure you know!). Guests following your stay may be allergic, so we need to take extra precaution and clean extra deep.
