Our recently renovated studio has a separate entrance, keypad lock for self check-in and 60 Mbps Wifi. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We live upstairs, close by if you need anything. Our studio has 6'4” ceilings and you may occasionally hear our footsteps upstairs.

The kitchenette includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, two burner stove, tea kettle, coffee press, pots & pans and place settings for two. There is a cozy bathroom with a shower. This space also includes wifi. The ceiling height is 6 feet 3 inches throughout the apartment and slightly less at the entry doorway. We live upstairs and you will likely hear the occasional footstep (it isn't a cottage in the woods).
Street parking is usually found within a block of the unit.

San Francisco is accessible via a casual carpool 1 block away in the morning, the OSX bus 1 block away and the Fruitvale BART station, which is a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk. The Alameda Ferry Terminal is a short drive for hops over to San Francisco or Oakland's Jack London Square. An Uber or Lyft is never more than 5 minutes away.
The Oakland Airport is a 5 minute drive away. SFO takes about 40 minutes driving (depending on traffic) or 50 minutes on BART.
We have a dog, so please stay out of the backyard. There are many lovely places to sit outside and sip coffee or wine within 3-5 minutes walk from our home. While we work out of the house and our kids are in school during the weekdays, on weekends and during holidays we are usually home. Just text or call if you need us to be a little quieter.
