This centrally-located, clean and well-maintained condo at St. Moritz Villas in Mammoth Lakes has everything for your getaway. It's conveniently located in the center of town with a free shuttle stop steps from the front door. Free shuttle will bring you to lift/golf course in a matter of minutes so you don't need to deal with the busy and expensive parking.
St Moritz Villas is also one of the best complex in town! Our condo features amenities like a big clubhouse game room with air hockey and billiards, a sauna, and a shared hot tub just few steps from your unit. Also a shared laundry room is available few steps away.
The outdoor space is very well maintained year around, several BBQ chairs and tables available for everybody to use.
Please be aware Mono county may always mandate closures or some amenities may be closed for maintenance, please inquire! Also keep in mind this is a first floor unit, there is potential for noise coming from upstairs especially during holidays when we reach full occupancy.

Summary: Fine accommodations for 1 or 2. Easily accessible on first floor which means you can hear upstairs neighbors if they have heavy footsteps. My visit was in April during a warm spell with temperatures getting up into the mid 60's. The unit was very well stocked and clean except for the deck which needed sweeping from not being used during the winter. The pool was still closed for the winter season and the hot tub also closed for repairs that had not been completed. Overall I was happy with my stay and Claudia was very responsive.
