THE SPACE:-
This cozy bungalow boasts three bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, and a huge driveway. With lightning-fast fiber Wi-Fi and standing desks, there is no better place to work throughout the day and enjoy the backyard after work.

GUEST ACCESS:-
You have access to the entire property. No space is shared. There is a garage on the property but it is for owner use only.
Huge driveway for 6+ vehicles
HOUSE RULES:-
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Occupancy limits: Please make sure to message your host if you are having over 6 guests or people who will be visiting. Each guest must be on the reservation
3) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking in the property.
There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are there longer or arrive earlier than you have been authorized causing the cleaner to have to wait for you or be rushed. I care about my cleaners very much and their time is valuable :)
4) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM. Be a good neighbor!
5) No pets allowed.
6) I don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.
7) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
8) Reach out to your host if you plan to have visitors.
9) With older homes comes older plumbing! Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. There will be a charge if you are found to clog and flush other things down the toilets besides toilet paper.
These rules may seem intense, but I am very easygoing when your lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. It's my pleasure to host you!
