Within walking distance from Stratton village, offers an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities, dining, shopping, nightlife, and best of all skiing!
Unique modern, open concept home in the sought after Styles Brook community.
First floor- Curl up in the living room by the ultra modern fireplace with a good book or board game; open concept kitchen and dining room. Walk out deck with BBQ for dinner on the grill, and seating for a relaxing apres ski drink while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Additional one queen bedroom and full bathroom. Mudroom for ski gear and storage, wifi setup, Smart TV's with gaming equipment, linens and kitchen supplies included.
Downstairs - Three bedroom and two full baths; bedroom one has two double bunk beds, each has full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Bedroom two has full queen bed, bedroom three has loft style full bunk bed with twin pull out couch. Two full baths, and washer and dryer. New heating and ac units.
Upstairs- master bedroom, queen bed with private bathroom, seating area and beautiful skylight to let the mountain landscape take your breath away!
Two cars allotted for parking and guest parking located nearby. Newly renovated pool, tennis courts and endless outdoor adventures to be explored. Stratton not only has activities in the winter but plenty of action in the off peak months!!
