This is a 'back row' property in the quietest and most northerly community of Playas de Fornells. It benefits from a common area with beautiful gardens for the exclusive use of s'Alcor residents and sundecks with spectacular sea views. There is a remodelated kitchen with new home appliances. The terrace is the perfect place to eat, or have a glass of wine, while enjoying the sea views, watching the boats from Fornells. The apartment has everything necessary for the perfect holiday. Playas de Fornells is considered to be the most attractive development in Menorca. It has supermarkets, bars, excellent restaurants and is an ideal place to relax and unwind.
The apartment is on the 'back row' of the small community of s'Alcor within the Playas de Fornells development. This means that it is very quiet, and has views across the roofs of the lower flats to the sea. As the flat faces north the balcony remains out of the sun for most of the day, so it is ideal for eating. Outside the front door is a total suntrap, so if you don't feel like going to the beach, you can just park yourself outside and bake quietly in the sun, with a view of the hills behind the apartment. s'Alcor is located at 500 meter from Cala Tirant in Playas de Fornells, so it doesn't get any 'through' traffic, but it is still within walking distance of the supermarkets, bars, and restaurants and even the beach at Tirant, if you want to have a totally laid back holiday and not even hire a car.

Summary: Platja de Fornells is an ideal location for a quiet stay with access to great amenities and places to eat and drink. The apartment itself is very cosy and tucked away in the complex near the too. The bed was super comfortable! Kitchen has all the gadgets you need. There is a nice veranda to chill out with a beer and tapas etc. Shower was fantastic. Hot water straight away without any fuss. Just a short walk away is the Okapi restaurant which is very popular for a good reason. You can also take a drive to Fornells itself where there are plenty of superb places to dine. Would recommend driving further afield for the beach scene. The local beach is ok but there are better ones on the island. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
